Data entry - Bookkeeping - Reporting Job

We require help with report creation and data entry on a weekly basis. We are a freight/transportation company. Expect 15-20 hour workload on a permanent basis. Reports required on a once a week basis so as long everything is ready you can perform on your own schedule. We need help with: Processing of scanned/uploaded service agreements for performed deliveries: - summary of hours worked - summary of hours billed - total revenue per day/week - total expenses per day/week Processing of scanned/uploaded log books used for vehicle reporting: - KM driven per delivery/day/week - Gas consumed per delivery/day/week Create above mentioned reports by day/week in excel/pdf formats. Submit reports via email. Upload data to our server. Update customer record in CRM and upload report files accordingly. I believe I have covered main job description but certain minor details could be added and hours per week could increase.
