Directory data needed

Directory data of India needed. I need information like name, addr., phone and picture. Contract could be awarded to many bidders. Since one bidder can apply for one or more cities. Please specify which city you are bidding for and if your bid is for data with pictures or without pictures. Legal documents will be signed before start of work. This is to ensure that we get all original data and have complete rights over them. Budget will vary based on number of cities and other details. We can agree on that individually.
