Advanced Excel Data Analysis

Task 1. I have some data in a set of excel spreadsheets for six years. The data is a set of information for helicopter usage across 8 helicopters. There is some variation in the helicopters across the years. The files are divided by year and by identified helicopter and in each file, the hours of use are divided up by month . The hours of usage are categorised by a set of usage codes: Incident HR&FM Transp Survey Pest Infra Traing Other I need to consolidate this data into a more user friendly sheet. Specifically I need to create a table that shows usage by each helicopter, by hours per usage code for each year of the five year period. I also need to have a table for each of the helicopters showing me hours per usage for each year and also the trends in usage by month throughout each of the years. I am attaching some samples of the data (Park Air 1 NPS [login to view URL] and Park Air 1 NPS [login to view URL]). Overall there are 41 excel spreadsheets like this. Task 2. I have another spreadsheet (Flight Section - Summary of Hours [login to view URL]) showing similar data for earlier years. This is in a simpler format. I need to collate the data into one table. I am attaching the file. Quality and reliability in this work is essential. In your response please demonstrate your ability to carry out a project of this kind? If you can offer any additional analysis and trend data analysis on this data, please let me know in your response.
