Analyze some Data

I am in need of a function written in VBA to take a access table of records that has longitude and latitude, zip codes, cities, states,fields, and write a temp table with filtered records that are a specific radius distance from a central longitude and latitude, and put it in my Access 2007 project In my form, I will pick a city and zip code from the zipcode table via a dropdown box, and a radius distance. The function read the zipcode table, and write a temp table with records that fit the criteria.
