Data Mining Analysis - student project

Got 50,000 datasets with each 173 properties. One of them is the churn. An information about the canceling of the contract. My goal at my school is it to create an algorithm that could predict which of them churn. To check if the algorithm is right I got another 50,000 datasets. For the algorithm I need your help. You can use rapidminer, r ([login to view URL]), GAMS IDE, SPSS or even something else. When you made me an offer consider that I'm a student and please write me how you would like to solve it and which program you will use for that.
