I have completed a similiar project with a different Austrlian dataset (National Pollutant Inventory) so do recognise the terms ABN / ACN. For this task I will use my own C#.Net Rapid Application Development libraries that contain methods for XML deserialisation, SQL database interfacing, file handling, and a basic GUI amongst many others. I have created many data manipulation / analysis utilities with these libraries including the previously mention NPI analysis.
