 Ministry of Earth Sciences (MoES), Government of India sponsored project “Vulnerability of Coastal Cities on River to Climate Change: Case Study of Surat to Develop Adaptation Framework”, IRADe, 2012 The objective of the study is to develop an integrated analytical framework for urban areas in the background of a specific case study of Surat City. This is to assess the vulnerability of the city and its people to climate change and to develop a procedure to incorporate climate change concern in the existing framework for decision support system. It will decide on adaptation actions that can make a city resilient to climate change induced vulnerability. I have made the school and hospital questionnaires for pilot survey at Surat city. I have done the data analysis followed by report writing.  Planning commission project “Economy-wide model for Low Carbon Strategy”, IRADe, 2013 Objective of the project was to find out various technological alternatives for low carbon strategy for inclusive growth and to generate scenarios to assess alternative strategies. The study was based NSSO data for econometric estimations.  International Institute of sustainable Development (IISD) project “Trucking Industry Perspective on Diesel Price Rationalization and Alternative Measures to Absorb Diesel”, IRADe, 2013 Objective of the project is the impact of recent diesel price hike on trucking industries. Analyse the various concern of trucking sector on diesel price rise. Suggest alternative strategies and business model to mitigate the impact of the diesel price rationalisation on trucking industry. I have done literature review and made questionnaire for interview of transporter and truck driver.
