Application which interprets and compiles a Lua Script

Do you know Delphi? How about the Lua Scripting Language? This should be a small simple project for someone starting out wanting to get some feedback I am looking for someone to create an application in Delphi 2010 (ONLY DELPHI 2010), which uses one of the many opensource Delphi Lua wrappers (can use a embedded interpreter and compiler, or external command line ones called from within Delphi application) example: [login to view URL] that is only an example, there are many others. You must update all code to be fully compatible with delphi 2010. The application should have a "File" menu system, with a "New", "Open" , "Save", "Save As..". menu items. as well as a "Command" menu system, with a "Compile", "Run", and "Debug" menu items. It should use synedit (open source) as the editor for creating scripts [login to view URL] You should be able to create a script, compile it to a file with a *.tst extension You should be able to run a script using the interpreter You should have a debug window, and messages window as well. All source code and rights become property of myself after payment. Bidders, bid wisely, and do not bid with a milestone payment up front, else i will hide your bid. You have 30 days to create the project and send me the compiled application. (you can do anything you want to the application to prevent me from using this until its paid for, as long as i can see all the functionality described above ) The first person who creates the application with the full functionality and i agree with your bid, i will accept your bid and pay you promptly by depositing your bid into escrow. When you deliver the full project and source code, i will release the payment to you. Should be a quick easy project for some.
