Delphi world time component

I need a small Delphi 2009 compatible program/form that does, at the click of a button on the form, the following: Connect to [login to view URL] and then download the time in the various world time zones into an array or tstringlist defined in the software. Data to be downloaded and stored: Location (e.g. New York), Day (e.g. Fri), Time (e.g. 17:27). Time must be stored in 24 hour format. Also, the UCT time needs to be added to the list. The values downloaded should then be assigned to a tstringgrid component on the form: Columns: 1) Location 2) Day 3) Hours (24 hour format) 4) Minutes Fixed budget is 30 USD, payable 100% upon delivery of the source code.
