Hello Engineers of the World I come to you with the following exciting project: We have a system consisting of 3 units as follows [BOM Attached - Excel File]: Unit #1: - Set of batteries, acting as power bank (capacity 12000 mAh or more) - Memory chip (64 GB) - we plan to increase this later - Bluetooth module for proximity ======================================================== Unit #2: - A parallel hub with the following ports: - 2x USB port for power output from batteries - 1x USB port for data output / input to the memory chip - 1x USB mini-port for battery power input (charging) - 1x LED indicator with following conditions: - Green Light: if battery is plugged in and FULL - Orange Light: if battery is charging - Red Light (FLASH): if battery is being used and it low on current capacity or empty ======================================================== Unit #3: - LED Switch Button #1: Switch Bluetooth module On / Off - LED Switch Button #2: Switch whole system On / Off (Screen + Battery Output + Memory Access + Bluetooth Module) - An OLED screen (blue and white) to display the following: - Battery status (shape of a battery + percentage) - Status of Bluetooth module - An ALL CAPS word in the middle saying "HELLO" ======================================================== Connectivity Information: - Units will be wire connected - Unit 2 and Unit 3 are 10 cm away - Unit 1 is 45cm away from Units 2 and 3. Unit #1 is the main unit, right? ;) - Cables must be neatly done, the way engineers work ======================================================== Software Information: - System should be programmable, and ready to use. Plug and play - For proximity, the Bluetooth module is expected to be broadcasting signal when powered on, a smart phone application will be developed (separately) to get proximity location - We must be able to change the word "HELLO" displayed on screen ======================================================== Deliverables: - Cicruits plans + blue prints + anything needed for manufacturing - A prototype with all 3 units built, connected and functional together ======================================================== Enclosure: - We will make the hard material enclosures for all 3 units. If you want to make them, we will pay you a bonus. Dimensions of the enclosure and blue prints are attached to this post - Material is hard plastic (suggest alternatives) - Color: Black ======================================================== Delivery: 12 days. We have 12 days to show a working prototype to our management or we all get fired (A) ========================================================

hi, Its unclear about the use of the memory card, what should it be used for? You intend to just know the proximity through signal strength of the BT, and no other function through BT-right? id use below components, please let me know if youd be sponsoring the prototype and its shipping(am not sure it ll reach withing your 12day mark, rather i can guide you to build one faster) 1. Arduino to display battery level and sens BT data on connection. 2. HC05 module for BT 3. Other battery measuring and sending circuitry. 4. 0.96" oled Thank you! and awaiting your reply

I understand to want to make a SMART power bank 12000mAh that can also store the data in SD card via USB Cable. Bluetooth used for proximity. I will be work UNIT wise as like you mentioned unit #1, unit #2 & unit #3. I understated all the genuine indication using LEDs and OLED screen BLUE or White. OLED Screen will show the Status that you mentioned like - Battery status (shape of a battery + percentage) - Status of Bluetooth module - An ALL CAPS word in the middle saying "HELLO". Sure you will be able to change word "HELLO" , also as i will explain you all the codes and Circuitry via Team Viewer / Join me step by step. So in future you can modify anything by your own. Hello, Before I start, the prototype alone (after the design is finished) needs about 20 days from the factory. So, if you seriously have 12 days for all work, you can consider yourself already fired! :) I have BS & MS (USA) plus 20+ years of varied embedded systems experience, involving both schematic & PCB design and firmware design & development. My bid includes only the cost for design (labor). We must agree the [cost for] parts for the prototype will be covered by you, separately. A few preliminary questions: 1. What is that [large] memory for? (If you don't want to say, at least give me an idea of the rate at which it will have to be accessed for writing / reading. This will help me decide the size and speed of the CPU required.) 2. What type of memory (volatile/RAM, or non-volatile/Flash) is required? 3. What OLED resolution and dimensions you have in mind? 4. It is always preferred to have the internal enclosure dimensions and available internal space, as well as the location of any connectors, displays, and so on known before the design begins so the PCB can match exactly from the first round. (There was no attachment with the dimensions, and I could not see them in XLS file.) 5. Please explain what you mean by 'system should be programmable'? Do you mean besides the already loaded firmware the end user and/or installer should be able to program some behavior? If interested in working together, let's discuss in greater detail. Thank you.
