Circuit schematic for a simple powersupply with battery backup

My requirement is very simple, I need a schematic for a powersupply with battery backup; Following are the specification Input: 230V 50Hz, (A step down transformer will be used as per the designers requirement, preferably 18V) Output: 12V and 5V 2A each Battery: 12V 1.3ah lead acid battery. Working should be as described below, - when connected to power the outputs are available and the battery is trickle charged. - when main power is off, automatically switched to source from battery. - Output should be cutoff before the battery depletes, in short battery should be safe. - Output should be stable and should be reliable as this will be used to power microcontrollers and reliability is a MUST. - Polarity, transient I&V and shortcircuit protection. An expert in analog circuits will require only few minutes in completing this work. Shall pay you 500 RS around $10. Note: you may send me the circuit as picuture or as you like, only thing is that it should be legible and all components spec should be made clear.
