I have vast experience in transformer sizing and selection, performing system studies to analyze adequacy of transformers (load flow, short circuit, motor acceleration requirements), preparation of specifications, datasheets, Quality Plans and procedures, Inspection and test plans and procedures, FAT/SAT requirements and complete requisition for transformers. I have designed and provided procurement support for transformers ranging from 200 kVA to 100 MVA on multiple projects. Sizing, selection and procurement of best suitable transformer is a tricky task that requires experience especially for big transformers(> 500 kVA). I proudly state that I have experience of dealing with all the challenges related to transformer design and procurement.
