CNC cut aluminum- small piece

I am looking to manufacture this metal piece. File, included. I am looking to pay from $50 to $250 for this piece. If you can cut this for me please bid, if you can find someone who can cut this for me at a very good rate I will pay you 20% commission (Don't bid unless you have some one who agreed to cut the shape. I need precision and quick turnaround. (must have item shipped to me with in 1 week (I will pay for shipping up to $40) Everything must be cut based on provided file.
