BlogEngine.net integration in a website

I am new in programation and web stuff. I did my own website with dreamweaver. I have integrated the shopping cart software myself. The shopping cart is in ASP. I have design a masterpage for my website in order to keep the same design for all the pages. I wanted to add a Blog. The only way I have found was to install [login to view URL] in a folder that I have called "Blogs" and then I have created an iFrame in a page that I have called [login to view URL] The iFrame is linking at [login to view URL] a sub folder of my website. Doing so, I can present my blogs in a page that look like all the other pages of my website, but it is not spider friendly and all the content of my blog is probably not indexed for my website. I want to make a complete integration of the blog into my website. There is a documentation available at [login to view URL] which explain how to create new themes. I try to do this with the master pages of my website, but I never had any result. I have learned HTML by myself starting in April, so ASP is a little to much now for me.
