Need a site built that will have all the functionalty as c o m p l i n e t . c o m including client login etc. (View the site thoroughly to see what it does) We are a group of webdesigners, the template will be designed by us in PSD so you are not responsible for the design. You will be responsible for slicing/coding to css and programming. All bidders should list the CMS they would be using to build such a site and all the hosting requirements ie database etc. However way you intend to build the site, you should explain thoroughly in your bid or else it will be discarded. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 7.0 Linux
