Detailed Automated Excel file

I would like to have a file that allows me to enter sales data on a daily basis. This file should be as automated as possible with limited to no typing involved. Drop down menus, and check mark boxes should be available as an alternative to manual data entry. Tab 1: Sales entry point Tab 2: Real Time inventory Updates Tab 3: Detailed, granular sales data - ultra sortable day/week/month by product or by account etc etc Tab 4: Bar graph illustrating sales history/profit. ultra sortable to view sales trends by product, account, or by date (week/month/year). File should have a user friendly graphical interface where I can enter in products, dates, value associations with each pull down option. Product/pricing change so I should be able to change values easily. Build from scratch is not required. If you have an existing template that you can modify to include my requirements I am open to that as well.
