I am very good with excel and programming. With this combination I can create the graphs required. My option would be to create a web interface that accepts the excel files as raw data and then uses it to produce the graphs. I usually develop on my website and then transfer the code to your site.

Purpose I write this to propose a solution to a building spider graph reports problem. The problem is that need to build spider graph reports for lots of data in excel format. I suggest that we use scripts to generate reports automatically. Problem MS Excel has function to generate those spider graphs, so the problem is how to get rid of the large number of data files. Solution Large data usually have similar structure and reports have similar requirement as well. Depend on the database structure and the requirement of reports, I can code scripts to read excel files and output reports in multiple formats. The output graphs could be in doc, xlsx, jpg, etc. And generate bar, line or pie graphs is easy, only need to make slight modification to the scripts.
