I have a MacBook (Yosemite) with Excel 2016 that I have purchased specifically for this type of task. I'm afraid that the effort is generally not trivial, but without seeing your code I can not give you a better idea than to guess at 4 hours (and I have bid accordingly). I can't comment on the web solution without having a clearer idea of what you had in mind. I have created a number of javascript/html based calculators. Although I have completed minimal jobs on freelancer, I have completed over 200 jobs on the similar upwork freelancing site over the last few years, with predominately 5/5 feedback.
