Create a very simple reservation solution for a hotel in a cloud platform.

Hello, I need to make a solution (maybe a spreadsheet) to consolidate the booking that a small hotel has, that contain mainly 3 parts: 1.- A window where you can enter the date, type of room, time of arival, booking agency, number of reservarion and coments. For the type of room and booking agency i need it to be a box where you can select from some options. After entering the date then you have a botton to book. 2.- A table where they can see all the reservations that they have made here, with al the information that the user entered in the first window, here is important to add a columns where the person at the reception confirme when the reservation really come to the hotel. In this part i need to be able to generate the view by day, week, month, year etc and also be able to print it. 3.- The last part of the "spreadsheet" is a matrix where they can see the room number and the availability of the room. We need a part to upload the capacity of the hotel, i mean the type of rooms and rooms available. Also when you click in the 3rd screen in the booking you can see more info of the booking. We need also the ability to Block rooms for maintainance and cancel reservations. I attach some very simple drawings of how i think each part of the program should look like. This should be made in Spanish, if you dont know spanish no problem, i can edit the labels after, just have it in mind to make it easy to edit.
