I've a bachelor degree in commerce with computer application along with the work experience of five years in the field of Customer support and Technical Support.
I used to work with Cisco, McAfee and Omega Healthcare Service.
In Omega Healthcare Management I started as an Accounts Receivable Caller where i speak with the US Insurance companies on behalf of doctors and claim the insurance amount.
In Sutherland i worked with McAfee, i joined here as an tech support tier 1 and give technical support for the US customers on call and by remote access. in a period of 8 months i was promoted as subject matter expert with the ideas given by me for the clients. Later i was on tier 1.5 in the virus removal team in which i handled the escalated cases.
In Cisco i joined as a senior application engineer for the WebEx service where we handle the escalated cases from tier 1 and give call back to the clients to assist and do technical support. where i gained the knowledge of video conferencing, event management and team management.
I have had a variety of customer service opportunities, through which I was able to have fewer returned products and increased repeat customers, when compared with co-workers. I am dedicated, outgoing, and a team player. I have the ability to plan, schedule, and handle many different tasks at once.
