data comparison

I have 3 lists. ListA is product code and x, ListB is product code and x, ListC is product code and y I want to create a new ListD with product code following by x y z in 3 different column for example ListA 111001 5 111002 6 ListB 111001 1 111002 2 ListC 111001 3 111002 4 ListD 111001 5 1 3 111002 5 2 4 ListB and ListC might not contain all the items in ListA. I can put the Lists in txt file. Python is preferred but any program language will work.
