Create ads in Facebook (if you don't have ACTIVE ads account, please don't bid)

I am looking for someone to create Ads in their Facebook Ads account in my page and I would be providing them with a 10% of my ad spending in facebook. The user must have an active ads account with a track record of campaigns run. THIS IS IMPORTANT. Note: I would be creating the campaigns through TeamViewier, I do not want your expertise: just that you create them in your name. Alternatively, I would also be willing to get an account through a Ad agency at Facebook for me to use. My pages follow all Facebook terms and guidelines - having content that people will have interest in sharing with their friends.
