My relevant expertise for a type of project like this includes: 5 years of experience in Business Analysis with statistical focus. Experience in multiple industries and different countries. From the description looks like we need to make sure if data is normally distributed and from there define a plan to answer all your questions and run scenarios. Depending on the type of distribution we have, we need to use different statistical tests and confidence intervals to be accurate drawing conclusions. It will be great to have more details.
