Design in Flash

Simple game already started need to be finished. Simple story of a police officer trying to catch a thief and he need to jump obstacles. The chacarcters and background are done, i need someone to optimize this and continue the actionscript of the game for: -interaction with obstacles -life level -win game and game over -integrate sound already registered. Need to use use class in separate .as file.
