I'm needing a 300x250 flash banner. I have a ready-to-use PSD with all images sorted into clean groups to show the respective frames (4 frames to be shown one after one). Pretty easy. Would need minimal animation (fade-in's / outs of graphics / texts) to make it look better. Banner needs to be 45KB max to be accepted by ad networks and repeat the animation 2 times before freezing the last frame. Delivery of .fla or .swi file alongside compiled .swf required.
