Animators needed for children's stories

I am looking for an animator to animate some children's stories that I have published. These animations will go into an ebook, such as an ipad. My requirements are as follows: 1. You must be experienced in animation and have a portfolio that I can see 2. No upfront payment will be made. In the past, I hired an animator and she bailed out on me after 1 story. I have several stories that need to be animated. I cannot have one animator do few stories and another animator do other stories. This is because the characters in all stories are the same and it would look odd if the characters look different from story to story. Please remember that payment will also be made on completion of ALL animations and not one by one. I cannot afford to pay for few animations (even when they are complete) only to find out that the animator has abandoned the project and then I have to start all over again for ALL of my stories with another animator. That is why payment can only be made AFTER all animations of ALL stories have been completed. I know it can be a burden on animators, but I have already lost 2 months because of animators abandoning my project in favor of some other project. [login to view URL] animation must be outputted into a mov file or an avi file. Ipads do not run flash, so I cannot accept outputs in flash files. 4. There must be both audio and video in animations. If a child plays that animation, then he or she does not have to read the text in the ebook. In other words, the animation must be a complete version of the ebook. 5. You need to respond to my emails or messages within 24 hours. If you cannot respond speedily because you are working on other projects, please don't bother applying for bids. I will do the same by responding within 24 hours. I am on Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles). 6. Please remember there are several stories that need to be animated. These stories contain common characters. Each story or animation would last between 5 and 9 minutes. Thanks!
