Adaption of unpurchased Flash template

We require a flash website like Template Monster template 11284, but with the following changes: Our own stock imagery which we will provide Get rid of taped corners Get rid of portfolio and care advice Replace our masters with our stylists Remove big image in centre, and change it to information such as that seen at the bottom of the site The design must occupy the full browser screen Change brushed background to art style involving smooth lines seen in business card Replace flower in brown cover box when link is clicked to business card design, shrunk down Current blue changed to the colours of the business card Use of the same avant-garde fonts as in the logo of the business card A non-flash version with just the same information, but in bare text for search engines We can supply our own music if needed The business card symbolises the waviness of fresh, clean hair. Users with 5 or more feedback will be paid half during, and half upon completion. If there is no feedback, the money will be paid upon completion. We are a legitimate business in Australia, and will provide as many securities as you feel you need (landline phone number, business information, etc.) in order for you to feel safe doing this project. We have not purchased the template monster template, so please include that in your price if you need to work with it. A sample of flash works will improve your chance of getting picked. If the current budget is too low, I can work with higher amounts. I have included the business card as an example of the current shop's design.
