Adsense "Invalid traffic". Finalized Earnings shaved out. how to avoid!

We are providing super quality website traffic. probably best and cheapest in the industry and MOST of our clients using our service for ADSENSE as this is super safe for any network however Adsense has became very strictly and I can not find the solution. To be more specific - Adsense Shave finalized earnings every month arround 50-90% of the whole month earnings. I am looking for anyone who has any idea how to play with it, how to minimalize this 'shaving' thing or eventually how to avoid this and keep at least 80-99% of the earnings in our pockets. We have tried almost everything - rotator URLs for website pages, different referer sources of the traffic, Click fraud protections, Integral ad science and more....
