Banner Header

Hello. Interested in getteng a header done, here are the attachments wich show the original header and an rough idea of what the final design should look like, all of the placements and size dimensions should be kept from the original, let me know what you think. Notes: Can you make the dollar signs in white instead of gold to look just like the block font in the original header? The link to the original banner is below, the template is flash but for mine it is not required, that link should supply the dimensions but im estimating about 985x700 pixels, let me know if you need me to purchase the template, also would need the PSD for this, let me know any questions, Thanks.
