Convert my JPEG Logo to editable Coral draw file format

Hi , We need to convert our jpeg company logo to Coral draw ( .cdr ) format. The logo will be used on company website, visiting card, letter heads ,stamp etc . The company logo with name will be provided in JPEG format (see attachment.)and need to be converted in editable Coral draw ( .cdr )file format, i.e. maintain highest resolution in print by different sizes. Your work must be composed 100% in Corel Draw software, What I mean is, you need to draw the whole thing of my jpeg Logo yourself, from scratch, into a Coral draw program. We had one designer who delivered an EPS file, but the graphic portion was an imported raster image - an example of what we won't accept. We expect to have the work completed in 48 Hrs.
