Create Print and Packaging Designs

Hi, i am looking for some one who is creative and make the packaging designs for eyewear, ties and watches. First I would like to start with paper box packaging for eyewear. I will provide the basic artwork and the designer need to provide us with some options to select from. If the work is great and appreciated then we move to the next packing design for other products. The design MUST be professional to give the impression of a premium product. Please provide clear details about budget and time. Your past designs will be useful to make my decision.
