Convert Sketch Up to 3D Printable model with added detail

I found this model of St Pancras Train Station ([login to view URL]) on Google Sketch Up and would like this converted to it can be printed in 3D here [login to view URL] There are quite a few things that need to be done, the model should be hollow and more detailed, the walls for example should be textured and the canopy should not be entirely solid so the see through glass panels can be added later, the clocks should be indented and embossed and the underground text lettering should be embossed as should the stone work. You will need to make sure the modle is designed in the right pieces so it can be printed properly and the scales we want to print on are 1/144 and 1/76 To give you an idea of the detail, there was a simlar model made in lego here [login to view URL] and here [login to view URL] it would be good if the people could be incorporated in the model also and some details inside the model itself.
