Android SMS Plugin for Outgoing Messages

I need someone who is very experienced in coding to create a new mobile plugin. The plugin will work in conjunction with text messages, comparing data from the phone to the data entered into the text message. Similar to other keyboard apps/plugins offered for Android, this plugin will have to work with Android's default messaging. IMPORTANT: This plugin deals with OUTGOING messages. Please only respond if you believe you can create a plugin for outgoing messages with SMS. The essential premise of the app is that it will compare the recipient's name (ie. To: Mark) to the body of the text message, notifying the sender if that name is also used in the body (I saw Mark...). For further details, please send a private message to me.
