Create a Company Logo Design

I have a new business that I need some inspiration for. I would like a crisp and sophisticated corporate logo that would be suitable for a high end business consulting company. I would also like the logo to have a "symbol" type element adjacent to it that could be used either with the "word" logo or on its own. The company name is " The Berzon Group" I would like to keep the colors simple and have 2 versions, one for use on a black background and one for use on a white background. The color palette to be used is : Black, White, Grey, Bright Orange. Not ALL of these colors have to be used in the logo. I would initially require several to choose from and you need to be able to go back and forth relatively quickly so we can achieve a desired outcome. the logo would need to be provided in a high res format and if possible a vector file.
