Create proper vector image

We have a logo for a company. This is already a vector logo (AI) but the quality is bad. When we make the logo very big the surfaces are actually lines close together. Project: Remake the vector logo so we can enlarge it whitout quality loss. We also want to be able to change the color of the text. Output: 2 Ai files: 1. Complete as in the attached AI 2. Only the drop shaped form with .nu in it
