DESIGN A LOGO

We want a logo to designed. We want a simple and elegant logo with an image to be integrated into it. We will provide you the details and the images . But the designer has to think out of the box to provide a design. here are the details there are four attachments LOGO Name - ARC 9 Nature of business - Apple accessories manufacturer thus we are looking for white color background semitransparent image logo logo-arc-type9 - is ONLY FOR REFERENCE .we have given for the kind of colors and clear design we are looking for . PLEASE REMEMBER - 1- we want a new logo ! we do not want to change the current logo. The logo is given for reference for color and feel of what we like. 2- We do not want any background . it shall be either transparent or white. 3- the given file shows the letters in small but you can make in CAPITAL or small or any combination you want for designing logo. 4- It can be multicolored of single color. 5- The other 3 files are for images( SEED OF LIFE)needs to be integrated in the logo .so its basically ARC 9 and the image of "seed of life together." 6- WE have given the [login to view URL] file for reference only and its an apple app logo but it is somehow similar to seed of life so it might give you an idea. 7- [login to view URL] ( SEED OF LIFE ) is actually what we want with ARC 9 to be . You can make your own color in semi transparency manner .We definitely want the seed of flower integrated in ARC 9 . NOW HOW THE DESIGNER DOES IT UP TO HIM. What color combination and pattern he chooses is his discretion . Thanks
