Design a Banner for Youtube Channel

I need someone to design a banner for my new Youtube channel, of course you will need to ensure you send me vectors of psd file which ever you decide to do this is. Need something very simple, but which brings my identity across. I will create the entire milestone and will not release any money until full and final completion.
