Design a Logo for website

Hi giang, I'm making a new website for a small community centre and need a new logo to be designed to be used on it. its called the italian day centre. I want to make a new logo to use on the website as they dont really have one. it basically just has include a combination of the australian and italian flag/ countries/ colours etc. it is a small italian aged care centre. thanks angus
