Creating aTraining Brochure

I need a tri-fold (8.5 X 11) brochure created. My business is Computer and Soft-Skills Training. We want the brochure to be "on the cutting edge" but not "over the top" We want our customers to see the brochure and say, "I need to read...; this is impressive...; we need to talk to this company" The final product will need to be in a format that the text can be changed by our people. We don't want to have an obsolete brochure if we launch a new line of business. Bids need to include at least 2 samples of prior work. We want it done right; so we'll allow up to 3 weeks for completion after the provider is selected.
