Android design & Animation for card game

I have an android card game, we want to add new backgrounds for it at least five new backgrounds, and cards. Also we want to change the animations way . The bidder should create a splash screen for it and change design and add bid popup and select type of game and result table. The bidder shouldn't do anything in game engine, only the animations parts and bid part and result part, plus the design.
