Sir, I believe you want to integrate snapdeal flipkart ebay amazon etc with their affiliate ids and work on commission on whatever a user purchases after comparing the price. The skills you have listed are not appropriate for it. What you need is an a web service on windows azure or amazon aws (a script if I say so in simple language).
