Hi Freelancers Firstly to the bidder... I need an absolute professional person to 'Build a p2p e commerce website' for me. - must be available for ongoing employment when the website gains traffic/clients. Be it email support and web development. We will start with an hourly rate and grow from there.(you need to be fluent in English) - my budget is set, but be assured you will forever be gaining more from me via future employment. - the website needs to be the best of the best - as i will be advertising locally for an investor to promote this website via mass media. - if you do not see yourself as the above mentioned person/team - DO NOT bid on this project. Bidder must send a personal 'proposal' and include links to similar work. Do not copy and paste a portfolio as you will be ignored. Specifications of website at a glance Seller posts a listing or advert, buyer makes purchase. This website is a market place. i personally will not be selling anything. - simple, funky worded logo - search box with drop down categories - fixed categories to the left on the front page - 10 'top' adverts/listing to the right hand side of the categories for sellers whom choose to promote their stock - below top adverts/listings a advert/listings layout with the following... - adverts/listings name (with picture)/seller rating/price and a 'sort by' - highest price - lowest price etc... - create an attractive footer with all the essentials and the additional pages for them, example - FAQ - register/log in at the home page top with all the relevant pages - seller & buyer profiles/shops with ratings and adverts/listings - shopping cart and integrated gateway. EFT details of seller, deposit details of seller, visa, master card and PayPal of the seller. - the website will take a 1% commission from the seller, only after the item is SOLD. No transactions will come through the website - only the commission. - a page for seller to create a listing/advert , (their will be two options of selling - this page must look like a simple graphic tutorial also) - main categories on the home page will have subcategories with more subcategories. it must be click able and not an expandable menu which opens to the relevant subcategory page. example 'electronics' to 't.v.' to '32inch t.v'. - Each subcategory will have 10 'featured' adverts/listing for sellers whom choose to promote there stock. - a back end platform to monitor all sales,sellers and buyers & adverts/listings - any suggestions? - i am sure i have left something out as i am not the expert here, you are :) so when bidding please note there will be additional work if needed. * - i will not be paying a milestone until i am satisfied with the project completion as i have already been caught out by a freelancer. - if your bid price is above my budget please do not bid - i will award the project based on your ratings, skills and how many projects you have done.
