Build a Website - good design is essential

Hello, The website layout: I would like the site to be very much like this site: [login to view URL] Tabs across the top will be: About Us - Residential - Commercial - Mobile Vehicle Valet - Careers - Contact Us - Social Media Links as on that website in the top right. Facebook/Twitter/Linkedin About Us This page will be laid out exactly the same as the 'Who we are' section on the website above. 4 sub tabs and moving images. - Who We Are - Vision - Mission - Values What We Do - What We Do - Residential - Family & Students - Domestic - Commercial - Mobile Car Valet - Strip Payment Plug in ( Very simple and basic as attached) So again the same layout with the sub tabs on the left and sliding images as on the sonica site Careers - Apply for a job sub tab (form to fill in appears, basic details and option to attach a file) - Code Of Ethics or Our Ethos The same layout as the sonica fitout website.... Contact Us - Exact same layout as sonica fit out page, the contact form will have the following fields Name Phone Email Location - town, city Drop down box to select which service they are interested in. Comments section For all the pages we can fill the content afterwards, I feel lets get the design ok using any random text. Then on every tab to make it as easy as possible for the customer to contact us so a "Contact us" button on every tab linking to the contact us page. Ideally I would prefer if you could suggest another website layout than the Sonica website. Both preferred that possible designs are shown and we'll choose one. I have also attached a possible logo idea, but as part the project I expect: - 3 high quality logo options - 2 website layout options presented to me My idea for the template is similar to sonica, but possibly trying out a more tiled design or glass type feel. I am organized and will make this project easy and swift for a team who wants to deliver a good project. The design is important to me, and as above the instructions will be clear and concise at all times with this I hope that will reflect in the cost you charge for the project. This is start up, expensive bids need not apply, this company will grow and I hope to retain the original designer/coder to develop the site with me.
