I need a website built that will list breeders for all types of Animals in Australia. The purpose is so users can find breeders who are close to their location. I don't want it to be exactly like a classifieds website because that will turn it into spam. Breeders need to get approved and we will manually put them into the list as a registered breeder. I want the website to look really nice :). It is up to you whether you want to use a cms or not use one but I certainly need an admin area. Thanks!

Hello Sir, requirement is clear. 1)We will use custom php with friendly and secure admin. 2) 2 Types of user. 'Breeders' and 'general user'. 3) Breeders need to fill up a form and admin approval need for listing site's dictionary. 3) General user can search by location. 4) Search result will be shown and general user can contact with them. Also google map will be implement here for breeder address. 5) Complete website package we offer (Logo+Layout+Responsive html+Coding) 6) Weekly 2 times demo from our server. 7) Admin can change of contents of static pages(terms/about/contact ect) Looking for a chat now.
