Build a Website

html5 mobile responsive website. The website will have a menu page that list room number/name as a button. The button will open each room number/name page & display blocks of information in order by time. The website will need an admin side to edit the blocks of information multiple times a day. This should be easy. 1. Admin side to enter the information- 5 lines of text that will be displayed in the list blocks of the number/name pages. 2. the number/name page will list the blocks of information from top to bottom chronologically (by the time & date) It must have a features to post the most current at the top at all times. 3 a menu page that list the room number/name.
