Make a site where you request something done and then once you get replies you pick a person and they get to work once done they submit it and then the person pays them with a virtual currency which you can either do jobs to get or you can purchase through paypal you can also get coins by doing things like sharing the site on social media. You need a database for that, which I would do in MySQL, an admin/moderation interface, an employer/employee interface, it has to be secure, with social media integration. PayPal API integration, invoices printing. I would normally charge 600 dollars for all that, but I'll lower the price because I like the concept.
