Company searching for WEB DEVELOPER (fulltime) Requirements: 1. Stable and fast Internet connection (not affected by power interruptions/floods/net breakdown) 2. Proper work place 3. No Team - we want solo developer. Communication: 1. You understand that cooperation far away from each other needs perfect communcation 2. You are available also on mobile phone by skype/ whatsapp / Viber in case of urgency issues Way of working: 1. You love to work and you`ve passion for coding 2. You are proactive not reactive - you try to avoid bugs before they appear 3. Your way of working is structured, you fulfill even boring tasks properly 4. You must be a self leader. 5. You do not need a project manager who has to show you all the time what has to be done cause you always try to optimize websites solutions yourself 6.
