Hello, I am a certified html / css web developer with years of experience in creating HTML emails (non-responsive) that are compatible with various email clients like Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo mail, Hotmail etc... The current HTML page from background image (not compatible with certain email clients) to total page width (usual html email widths are 600 pixels) and HTML email has to be coded with HTML tables and not divs. So the current html page has to be completely recoded and some changes have to be made to the layout to fit the width.
