Modification of Facebook Application Contest Script

Hi there, I have a script here that requires work to be done quickly and professionally. Script here:- [login to view URL] This script will be provided, what I hope to do is to modify the codes to customize to my requirements and design, Functions I need changed from the script - Uploading of photo needs to allow different watermarks to be saved with it, so user can use different "frames" over the uploaded photo to be saved. - Layout / Design difference - Filling up of required fields to be sent to Database - Allow voters to also fill up details through popup after voting - Allow only ONE vote per Facebook user That's it - designs are ready, but needs to be implemented into the script.
