Build a pixel art customer experience image

To take a detailed description of a 'customer journey' and turn it into an illustrated version of that journey, using isometric pixel art style. The customer journey or 'story' will be about a person who needs to go to the dentist, checks their health insurance, has the treatment, makes the medical expense claim, receives payment. The input we give you will be a detailed description of this customer journey, and some sketches showing how this should be represented graphically. The output image should be hi-res and using a high quality tool such as photshop. The attached is an example of the output - however the image we are planning will be less complex e.g will have around 20-30 human characters, not the 200 on this image. Anyone bidding should be experienced in using pixel art tools, and should be using library images, though with some new images required. Examples of previous work will be required. If we find the right bidder there will more of this type of work in future. You may bid outside the quoted range if a reason is provided.
